The size I bought is XL for my dad who has dementia and is very particular about his shirts. These fit him great. There is a nice selection of different sizes. He says it’s breathable material and doesn’t feel heavy. The material is nice and didn’t shrink after washing. He likes shirts that have a pocket for his tissues. He says it’s comfortable.
