It worked perfectly at first, but after a few weeks the mirror started fogging during hot showers. It’s still usable, just not truly fogless anymore. To which I replied No, I haven't. Haven't heard back since even after sending an additional email asking what was happening regarding my purchase and the mirror not being fogless as they claimed.
