Fellas make sure you have the right expectations when buying this. It does help give you a slim appearance and it holds up to multiple washes. I’ve had this shirt for over a few months now and I don’t go to the gym without it. But here are 2 important things you need to know, first expect to sweat regardless of activity and don’t tuck it into your pants. I say that because the material it’s made up of doesn’t help keep your pants up. I keep having to readjust my pants even wearing a belt. Tip: Try to pick up a couple more of these types of shirts to rotate around wash cycles because you definitely don’t want to wear these consecutively if you sweat a lot. Read more
