This laundry sorter is well made and very sturdy. Upon opening the box I was dismayed to see the number of parts and the number of screws. All of the parts, however, were clearly labeled and holes on parts to be joined by screws perfectly matched. The illustrated assembly instructions are excellent. Pay attention to the direction, as shown in the illustrations, of the attachment point holes. Assembly was easy and straightforward. All parts are well formed - no dents or misshapen parts - and fit together as designed. Even the wheels are of high quality. I was surprised that I did not need to adjust the wheels for leveling. The assembled frame stood and rolled level on the floor. The sorter is well made and convenient. When choosing a sorter I had no preference to whether or not the containers were removable. Having removable, handled containers turns out to be a wonderful (and unexpected) convenience. The hanger rod is a good height and simplifies organizing when emptying the clothes dryer. The containers are made of a thick material - perhaps treated canvas. I think they’re treated for moisture control, but, there is no chemical odor. We love having our own laundry separators!! He bought one with four laundry bags and I bought this smaller one with three bags! We LOVE THEM!!!!! Definitely one of our Best Buy’s on here! His has the extra bag for towels. I use the hanging bar for line drying items as well as for quick grabbing items like Fanny packs, lounge wear, purses, robes, hats, etc. I love that we can literally just pull out the bag of dirty clothes we want to wash and just take them to the laundry room and then put the bag back. No more dealing with laundry baskets on the floor. Now We just use laundry baskets to haul the clean clothes to bed for folding. Love that the bags have a little side pocket where I can store things like faves or laundry supplies. I love that they’re labeled too! And it has wheels so it rolls even on carpet. You will not regret it. The quality, in my opinion, is high! It’s sturdy, not wobbly at all, and the bags are heavy duty as well as the handles!! This is a nice laundry cart is nice. You can put it in the laundry room or bathroom to sort clothes. You can hang clothing as long you have a hanger. It was faster to put it together with two people. There are 3 different color baskets: Black, gray, and white. It has written words on each basket to help sort clothes. Bought as a replacement to an older PVC based laundry hamper/sorter. Wheels make it nice for gliding over worn carpet. Holds quite a bit of clothing in four "bag-like" hung over metal rods. Fully metal makes it super sturdy for just clothing. Carries a slight "new" smell odor, but that's to be expected. The ends are a little bit of a hazard for someone over 6 foot tall, as my eye found out. Minus all that, the tubular nature of the steel used and how it is used, seems to be plenty sturdy enough for clothing. Plus having the "hanging" pole along the top does kind of add that place to hang freshly cleaned clothing up, until you transfer it to a dryer, or hang drying, or maybe you use it for delicates to dry out. Four stars for now do to missing parts. I emailed support and they were very responsive to the issue. I'll edit to 5 stars when replacement parts are received. As for the laundry cart, it couldn't be better. It's designed sturdy and as you would hope. It was a mettle bottom under the bags instead of just straps or PVC. I've had other poorly made versions. It's assembled with plenty of screws for sturdiness while only using two different sizes. The assembly instructions are clear. Tools needed are included, but you might have your own better options. I would suggest putting the wheels on after the lower cart is assembled, but before the upper portion. This will allow the upper section assembly with the cart up right making for less bending and lifting of the entire unit. Now the wheels are the final step, why? Let the cart help with the assembly. Update: I received the replacement parts and completed the assembly. Customer service was very helpful and updated delivery status well. My rating is updated to 5 stars. Read more
