I use these for a few things outside of vehicle washing, so I am glad that there's 4 pieces in this set. Don't get me wrong, they're great for keeping dirt and grit away from your washing setup of choice. They also fit perfectly into a standard 3/5 gallon bucket sold in hardware stores. I also use them for keeping wet tools clean while doing grout repair. They keep grit and dirt away from a mop head when cleaning floors. I have also used them underneath 5 gallon fabric pots to improve air circulation and prevent root rot. They're durable, designed well with finger holes for easy removal from buckets and a basic tool that can be used for things other than washing cars. They also clean up well. Read more

These worked very well for what I needed. I actually used these as drip racks, for ice dyeing clothing. The dye did not linger on the plastic. They washed off very nicely, and the finger holes made it super easy to handle. I plan on using them for dyeing projects in the years to come! Read more

Between two cars and one RV, I do a lot of cleaning. I think these help let the dirt settle to the bottom of the bucket and keep the dirt off the rags. I can't prove it, but it sure does make sense that you don't want to pick up old dirt and put it back on the car, probably scratching it in the process. Read more
