The lights were flickering after I installed and then I realized it takes 40 watt and I had 60 watt bulbs in the fixture. After I changed the bulbs out the flickering stopped. I think it looks beautiful and the price point wad really good. One glass bulb had what looked to be cardboard in the glass so I put that side facing the wall and you can't notice it now. The glass bulbs are super heavy so make sure you do a good job with your anchors. My drywall was super damaged and disintegrating behind the old light unbeknownst to me so I had to run to the store to get supplies so that I'd have a place to anchor this to. Read more

I bought this light fixture for my brother's half bath that they are remodeling and they are thrilled with the results. This is a smaller fixture so it works well for a single sink and small vanity. My brother said it was very easy to install and they love the tulip type shades for the lights and the modern feel it gives the space. It does provide plenty of light for the small half/bath and he said that the light was of very good quality and should look beautiful for many years. There is not a shower in this space so there should be no problem with moisture or rust but he thought that the quality would ensure that even if there were a shower there would be no problem with that. I got this to replace an old fixture in my bathroom. I was impressed by the weight of the shades. They're thick and although I wouldn't want to drop one, I feel like they would survive a fall. We had intended to put a sconce at the end of our hall upstairs. However, there is an attic ladder that would get highlighted by doing this. When I saw this option, I thought it could work as the amber color exactly matches our hall wall. Up close this is the best light fixture I’ve seen in a long time. Definitely good enough to use outside the bathroom. Moreover, it is solidly constructed. Initially I was worried because each tulip shaped glace shade is very heavy with the thickness being ¼” or more in some areas! That concern went away after assembling the fixture. The design utilizes two strong metal rods to hold a horizontal metal rod with the three glass tulips (see photo). The heavy glass lends a quality look to the fixture. The color seems uniformly dispersed throughout the glass (not a simple coating). I actually liked it did not come with bulbs. I prefer selecting the bulb wattage and color myself. Read more
