I don't right many reviews like I should, but I felt the need to on this one. Tami Tami customer service is AMAZING!!!! It was all done via email, but their response time was within a day, and when they responded, it wasn't just with a yes or no reply. They were very detailed in answering my questions and offering to help in any way!! I could have purchased a different / similar brand of adjustable frame, but chose to pay the $30 or so each for shipping, even with Prime, due to their customer service!! As for the frames. They arrived earlier than expected!!! They were packaged VERY WELL!! The order was correct ( 2 Twin XL) frames for a split king setup. They were very easy to setup, very good quality from what I can tell. This is my first adjustable frames ever. The ONLY issue I had was that one of the frame's massage motors weren't working. The foot massager worked, but the head massager did not. After flipping over the frame to do basic troubleshooting, I discovered that during assembly at the factory, someone zip tied the front massage wire way too tightly which caused it to come unplugged. THANKFULLY.... an easy fix!!! My wife and I have been using the frames for a few weeks to a month now, and so far so good!! No issues! Frames are very sturdy, no noise, and work perfectly!!! The massage feature is nice, and we really like the under lighting!!! If i could give feedback to the company on things to improve, I would HIGHLY suggest that they include one, or possibly 2 brackets on either side to hold the mattress in place, just like the one they supply at the foot of the frame. This would be HUGE, especially for split king setups like mine. The only other suggestion would be to have a button to illuminate the remote control buttons, without having to activate a feature just to find what your looking for in the dark on the remote. My dream bed is finally here and I'm thrilled. When I ordered it on December 18th, the $29.99 delivery fee seemed steep considering the delivery was slated for December 29th. Not being a Christmas celebrator, holiday delivery delays didn’t even cross my mind. I felt a bit disappointed initially. But the bed arrived on December 21st, and the mattress followed on the 22nd, beating its scheduled delivery date of the 23rd. I had my doubts about the Tami Tami T600 Adjustable Bed Frame Queen Size with Remote & Massage at first, mainly because of its low price. But after researching adjustable beds online, I felt more confident in giving it a shot. One thing that drew me to this particular model was the fact that it shared my name, "Tami". Despite the base being very heavy, my mom and I were able to slide it into my room. The setup process was straightforward, involving only the attachment of the legs and verifying all connections. I unboxed my Qabefy Queen Mattress, a 12-inch hybrid mattress with memory foam and individual pocket springs, in medium firm, while I was waiting. Although it required 72 hours to fully expand, it was ready to use after three hours when my nephew came over to flip the bed. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new bed - it's given me the best night's sleep in ages. The decision to buy it was spot on. I was bracing myself for a noisy motor after reading all the reviews, but honestly, mine is super quiet, as you can see from my video. The underbed lighting is perfectly bright, making late-night trips a breeze without disrupting my sleep. The hybrid mattress was a great choice too - it fits the frame flawlessly. The adjustable bed frame was easy to assemble with no issues (took about an hour). It is quite sturdy and heavy, it took 2 people to get it up the stairs to the second level. Once in the bedroom I put the legs on and put it in place, then I added the electric and it worked perfectly with the remote, the massage is an added benefit. This is a game-changer compared to my old box spring. It's robust, manageable to move around, and the built-in USB sockets (a single USB-A and single USB-C on each side) are surprisingly useful. I’ve had this bed frame a few years now. It’s lasted me this long but with a few repairs. One of the wires got pinched and we had to put the wires back together. We have also had to put a bolt back on so I would say if you don’t know how to look for the issues then I wouldn’t consider it all that sturdy. I love it when we aren’t having issues with it. It’s comfortable for watching tv in bed. The instructions were clear but it was still hard for us to put together correctly. Possibly user error and may be easier for someone else. Love the charging ports on the sides. I love how the bottom of the bed keeps your mattress on the bed. All and all I’m happy with it. Read more
The T600 adjustable bed frame has really changed how well I sleep. I am 6'2"300lbs and this bed fits me to perfectly. My wife is tiny and she now sleeps better than ever as well. I used to sleep on a flat mattress. When I would sleep on my back I would get acid reflux. When on my side I would have shoulder pain through the day. Now with the T600 I'm in zero gravity and it's a body game changer.This is not just zero gravity but can adjust to any position. The bed has three vibration points that we use to peacefully rock us to sleep. The under bed light is a great feature for search, night or mood lighting. The remote is easy to use. It has great backlights and a flashlight. Came with two remotes that can be use separately or paired to control both beds together. It is easy to put the legs on and fits perfectly in existing bed.
