I purchased one of these trays after buying (and subsequently getting rid of) two very beautiful white and chrome trays for my home. The white and chrome trays were at least 2 1/2 times the price of these tables. The white and chrome trays were excellent quality but proved to be quite useless for my needs because they were so short that my legs wouldn't fit underneath them. I wanted a table that would allow me to eat an occasional meal while watching a movie, or to type on my laptop while relaxing on the couch. Well, the Tangkula table does both of these things very well (in fact, I am writing this review with my computer sitting on top of one). I liked the Tangkula table so much that I bought four of them. We keep two in our office and two in our den. When we want to eat while watching a move, we move them all into our den. They can be used as end tables, coffee tables or extra serving tables when guests come over. They are extremely versatile, and are very light and easy to move around. The dark brown color goes with most decor, and although they are not as beautiful as the tables I got rid of, I love them because they are easy to move and actually work. They are also very affordable. Because they are light, you can't put too much weight to them (such as when my daughter tried to sit on one - that caused it to bend and I had to bend it back), but almost any normal use should be absolutely fine. They are also covered in thin wood laminate, which hasn't come off yet, but probably wouldn't hold up to a lot of abuse (like if you ate every meal at it, or spilled lots of liquids on it). Given the great price and simple design, I will probably resurface the laminate with handmade paper and a couple of clear coats of verithane when it wears out, and they should last a very long time that way. The photo I included allows you to see the relative height compared with a standard couch, as well as the nondescript appearance which doesn't detract from other decor. Read more

Super easy to assemble and very sturdy compared to the other C-tables I had been looking at. This one is nice and big, plenty of space for eating or for a computer and mouse. Slides right under the sofa and is a perfect height. I love it so much I just might buy another! Amazing table for the price. Just what I needed. Read more

I got this to work in my laptop while in the living room with my kids. I had been using the lap board. This is so much better then my lap desk. every time I moved, even a little bit my lap desk would have to be readjusted. This keeps everything level even if one of my kids get bouncy around me. It looks very nice, its not something you had to hide when not using. easy to put together. very sturdy. I do wish it had more adjustment to the height. It fits fine but I would of liked about 2 more inches taller. That to me is not that big of a deal. The measurements where clearly listed so its not like I didn't know what I was buying, The only real CON is that the little rubber circles on the bottom. If I didn't have a rug I probably wouldn't have an issue. Those rubber things make it very hard to move. I pretty much have to pick it up to move it. the little feet thing may come off i haven't had a chance to try to take them off. They where on already when I put it together. Over all im happy with it. Read more

This is exactly what I needed to work from home during pandemic. Easy to assemble and had no damages. Very sturdy. Just make sure you measure the bottom base, just like with any other couch table, to make sure the width of the base can slide under with no problem. I had to slide the leg over the rectangle base to be able to bring the table in closer to me but it was an easy solution! If your couch/chair doesn't have legs this might be a problem for sliding the table in closer; just something to think about. But I love it! Fits well with my living room and doesn't take up too much room. Read more

I love the color and finish on the wood of this little side table. I got it to put my laptop on while sitting at the couch. Works perfect. Not too bad on the assembly, but definitely DON'T tighten the screws until you get all the pieces assembled. Had to loosen some up until I got other ones into their places. Mildly frustrating, but really nothing in the big scheme of things. Its a perfect height and a great value. Read more

I bought this for my plants by my picture window. I have a huge heater that runs the length of the window, so regular tables stick out a lot, so this was perfect because it slid underneath the radiator and gets my plants closer to the light from the window, and doesn't stick out a lot like long under-the-couch end tables do. It was very easy to assemble, took me under 10 minutes and feels sturdy enough for what I plan to use it for. In the photo of the two tables, this one is on the right-hand side. The other is a table from Ikea, which is long but I have it turned sideways. I am planning to buy a second of this table so that they sit side-by-side under the window and return the Ikea one to the couch. This is a great product, I recommend it! Lots of creative ways to utilize it, if you are looking for table space in smaller areas. Read more

This arrived in perfect condition, the "wood" surface looks nice, and it's very sturdy. Took very little time to assemble and needed no additional tools. The height is just right and it makes a great computer table for working on my couch. Just what I needed. Nothing fancy, but I am happy with it. Read more

This is a nice quality table and fits our couch perfectly. We do have one issue. There are supposed to be 4 clear pegs attached to the bottom to protect your floor and The package arrived with one is missing so the table wobbles and is unstable. We love it otherwise. It is easy to assemble and would be sturdy if the peg wasn’t missing. I’m having trouble figuring out how to contact the seller to get the missing piece. Read more
