I'm always on the look-out for loose, flowy, cool tops for summer wear. This one popped into my recommendations and while I'm not a "pattern" person, I thought "eh, I like the style--let's give it a try." Let's start with the fabric--this is seriously soft and smooth; even the seams are soft. It came out of the package without wrinkles or creases--as this fabric normally does. The seams are all smoothly sewn without gaps or loose threads. I have experienced zero skin irritation, which is a nice change for me. The cut and style are almost exactly what I looked for. I couldn't be more pleased with these things. Where I do have just a bit of an issue is with the coloration of the fabric. Now, I found that I rather liked the pattern of the option I chose. It's not too busy or overpowering. However, I'm not happy that the INSIDE of the top is white. I'm not sure what the purpose of that is--maybe the fabric was white and the black coloration was added? If that's the case, I would have preferred the fabric be black with white coloration but there may have been a reason it couldn't be done that way. I can't say for sure, and while I don't like it no one will see that but me. My job is home-based and that's pretty much where and when this will be worn. It fits well and seems as though it'll be pretty comfortably cool and that's more important. I can deal with the rest. Read more
