This vest is so pretty and more spring/summer season, but can be worn now as well. I love that it is cropped, accented with white buttons, which I really don't like, but can be switched out if you can sew. I love the fit, which is a bit oversized for the crop to work, well made and flawless in design. This is sleeveless, but capped at the edge of the shoulder which I find very appealing. The color is so vivid and bright also. The fit is true to size and a boxy cut. Styled correctly, this vest can be worn with a sleeved button down/turtleneck right now or a long sleeve t-shirt the same color as the buttons. I made a mistake in ordering the pink version of this top, I admit. I was hopeful for a youthful fun pink but it screams cheap pepto bismal. I'm far too old to get away with this color. Outside of the color issue, I'm not thrilled with the quality or fit of this piece. At first glance it looks like a good quality work appropriate piece with classic Chanel vibes. In reality, the fabric is thin, flimsy, and cheap and the buttons are garish. The buttons are far too shiny and hang heavily on the top. In Small, the fit is trim but comfortable with a touch of stretch; the darts shape the waist so it sits cleanly over high-rise jeans or a pencil skirt. The yellow is bright without being neon and, surprisingly, looks luxe in person. It arrived with light packing wrinkles, but a quick steam made it sharp. This is pretty cute but made smaller than expected. As a plus-size XXL, this was quite fitted on my body, but did button with no gaps. It was closer fitting than illustrated on the model in the listed, and wasn’t the boxier fit I was expecting. What was most disappointing was the arm holes. They are very snug and uncomfortable. This vest is really cute in person and the color looks just like the pictures, but the fit was a no-go for me. I usually wear an XXL and this one had absolutely no stretch, especially across the shoulders. I swear if I took a deep breath it would’ve turned into a full Chris Farley “fat guy in a little coat” moment. Vests are HOT right now! And this one will have you ready for the holidays. The red color really POPS and the gold buttons make this feel stylish and special. The crop design is so on trend and looks great with jeans or a midi skirt. The oversized collar and working pockets (with front flaps) are nice details. I love this!
