Tankaneo Womens Oversized Denim Jacket Casual Button Up Blazer Notched Lapel Jean Shacket Coat

I looked high and low for a denim blazer and was willing to pay for one with a designer brand name. I studied the reviews for this and decided to take their advice -- order a size smaller than normal because it was an "oversized" blazer. Got it yesterday and plopped it on the ironing board, steaming it smooth. For me, the fit in this size is not one that lends to completely buttoning it in front (which I never do anyway), but the overall cut is perfect. In summer, I plan to wear it over wide-leg white denim jeans with a white tee tucked in (so that I don't look like a box). In winter? Paired with black skinnies, a sleeveless turtleneck, and my high-heeled knee-high boots for a more sophiticated look. I don't recommend it for those with thicker arms, however. I needed a relatively inexpensive denim blazer for end of summer, and this jacket filled the bill, that is, until I tried it on. The jacket is of a surprisingly well made heavy weight denim, similar in quality to Lee and Wrangler. Because it is Asian sizing, I ordered size XL, which is definitely not sized for American bodies, and was an exact fit, except in the area from just under the shoulders and the elbow, where the area under the sleeve is too tight, feeling more like a blood pressure cup, bunches up just outside the breast, so it is almost impossible to wear the jacket without the sleeves being bunched up similarly in the photograph above. It was entirely my fault that I did not return the jacket in time, so I am stuck with it. I am of average height and weight, so there is absolutely no reason for the upper part of the sleeve to fit in that manner, unless it is deliberate. The upper sleeve is highly uncomfortable. May I also suggest you wash the jacket before wearing it? It is coated in that preservative some clothing made overseas are coated in, and almost immediately caused a slight itching and burning reaction in my eyes, nose, and mouth. Read more
