This is a lovely jacket and I will get many years of you out of it. I bought the jacket to go to the north eastern United States in the winter for a visit. I do not think it will be warm enough. Luckily, I bought a larger size so I can wear sweaters underneath. Also, only one button closes the jacket. This is another reason why I’m concerned about it’s warmth. The size is good. Fabric is great, color is a good dark rich navy. Fit is perfect except for sleeves, which are very long. I have short arms...it is routine for me to have sleeves altered, so that is okay. A great coat, that goes with anything, dressy or casual. I ordered the small; I am 5'1", 106#. Read more

I am a well-proportioned 37-30-38, 5'4", 140 lbs. I order a Size L in coats because I want room for sweaters underneath. This jacket was so small that I could only fit a tee shirt under it, yet the shoulders hung off despite my being broad-shouldered. Also, this is not what I would call a coat or jacket. It is the lightest jacket you could wear, only suitable for the early Fall. It is more of a blazer weight. For the 5 minutes I had it out of the bag, it was a lint magnet too.
