This product was flimsy and top heavy and the feet were too wide to stay behind my salon chair without rolling away. While moving it, the dryer toppled and the neck piece broke. I duct taped it with a metal rod, to hold over until I got a new dryer. I was past the point of return. I took it to the dump, then bought an old school dryer from FB marketplace for $30. They just don't make them these days the way they were back in the day. The color was cute, but I should have focused on functionality over cute.
