There are three modes and I use only the red mode cuz I don’t have acne. I just use the full face wrinkle mode. I got it two weeks ago and used three times per week. Easy to use and hands free. I've been wanting to try a light therapy mask for a while, but I was worried about using cheap ones without FDA clearance. I will update my review in the next week or two but so far immediately after using this mask I got some type of reaction on my chin so for that, I am giving it two stars, I’m unsure why this happened but the mask is the only new thing I have done differently and immediately the next day I woke up with a terrible reaction on my chin. This mask is probably perfect for many individuals but it did not fit my face well no matter how I tried to adjust it or my position while wearing it. It was just too uncomfortable in my nose area and with my eyes. I purchased this for my wife, she has been on going skin issues for years, the red blotchy rash kind of stuff. I first purchased two of the less expensive models, but neither one was worth a damn and did nothing for her. So after about 3 weeks of use so far, she says her skin feels better and not as blotchy. This is also much more comfortable to wear as compared to lesser models, which is important with as much time as one might wear this.
