Perfect for two
I had a digital air-fryer we use in the camper, which is more like an oven, heavy and large for two people. At 1500 W it used a lot of power and we don't often hook up to power sources. But we are hooked to the convenience of an air fryer. This little appliance replaced that. one. We don't eat many fried foods, but this works well for so much more. The 2 quart size is just right for us and is very easy to clean up. It makes perfect baked potatoes, roast vegetables and reheats dishes well. I can fit a square corning glass dish inside with saucier dishes, so the basket stays clean. Chicken comes out well-cooked and moist too. At 900 Watts it saves on solar power with the same outcome. Yes, we do have other cooking sources, but this is super handy on trips where we just want a break for a quick unencumbered meal or have a short overnight stop.
