This is the one I’ve been searching for. I’m 5’8” and my head or feet always end up coming off my regular size mat in yoga class. I have tried several mats so far with no luck. The regular size mat is too short, another was too wide and looked silly when carrying around, and another was too slippery. This one is great! It’s the perfect length and width. It blends in with the other mats at class and did not look out of place. I did not come off the mat on this. It grips the floor and did not slide around. I was able to do all typical poses like downward dog without my hands slipping. It’s thicker than a regular yoga mat which is nice and comfortable. I've looked at a lot of different yoga mats. I love that this mat is longer than my body and wider then any mat that I've seen. I like the grip support even if I have socks on. The thickness is good too feels comfortable standing on it. So many mats are too thin. I'm glad I picked this mat and it's been nice to have on top of our gorilla mat flooring in our workout room. Will be great for traveling with it too being nice and long and wide. Read more
This mat was very helpful with the extra width and length. I use it for yoga and it allows me to do most of my moves on the mat, as opposed to feet and hands going off the end or sides. My only downside is it’s a little slippery ,each side has a slightly different texture so you can find the one that works best for you. It has worked great for me. Read more

Nice to have the bigger sized mat and the material is comfortable to work on as it’s softer than the average yoga mat and closer to a thicker Pilates mat. However, after a few months of use in home the mat has developed rips and tears from use. It’s possibly a bit too soft. Read more
Perfect size for a 6' dude that's trying to be more flexible. Holds well to the wood floor and pretty good grip on bare feet. Thickness is exactly what I needed to ease any pain for those poses that stick your knees in the ground. It only comes with a simple Velcro strap, so if you need portability, you'll want to get a sling or bag for it. Read more
I love this Tatago mat. It’s extra large so that my full body remains on the mat (laying down) while stretching. It is durable, very comfortable, grip is appropriate. There is NO chemical smell, which sometimes happens with products of this kind. I highly recommend this! Read more
