Customers find the gaming headset to be of nice quality. However, the ear speaker receives negative feedback, with one customer reporting that the left speaker cuts out.

Good quality headset. I've definitely had better but it's not bad at all. It's a good quality affordable headset. I liked that white was a color option since most headsets give limited options. Sound quality is good and I've not had issues with connections. Read more
Kids do like them. But bought for their switch and they don’t light up unless they are plugged into a usb. So kids were bummed about that. Otherwise they are good quality. Read more

Defective product. Arrived damaged. Package it arrived in was mauled. Left ear speaker cuts out at random intervals. Otherwise, eh...the mic works and the right ear works?
