Skinny version of my favorite chai tea base used at my local coffee shop. Now I can have my favorite latte, but without spiking my blood sugar levels. That is magic for a diabetic! I like it with skim milk, but I like it even more with unsweetened almond milk. I don't need to add sweeteners to this mix, nor additional spice like I have had to do with other mixes.
