Skinny version of my favorite chai tea base used at my local coffee shop. Now I can have my favorite latte, but without spiking my blood sugar levels. That is magic for a diabetic! I like it with skim milk, but I like it even more with unsweetened almond milk. I don't need to add sweeteners to this mix, nor additional spice like I have had to do with other mixes. The taste is very pleasant, directions are good, but the packaging is not up to par. The seams on the top of the container are coming loose. The directions say to shake before using, but when you do the contents ooze out the top. Read more
