Not 75lb per band.
It says each band is 75lb draw or stretch. My body weight is 215 lbs, I was curious if they were really as advertised weight wise. I put all 4 bands together, that should definitely negate all my weight plus some, well it didn't. Granted they do take away some of the weight away, but not 75 pounds per band. Read more

Just like any other bands, if you do not overstretch them on a consistant basis, these should last. Quality: 4.5 STARS These are well built; right on par with any other name brand. Use: 5 STARS Easy to use. And can be used in many different exercises. Very Versatile. Resistance Level: 4.5 STARS The bands say 75 pounds each. But just like most bands, this is probably not the most accurate. Medium resistance would be a more accurate description. Workout Effectiveness: 5 STARS These are great to use in all forms or workouts. One at a time, or all three. You can hit every muscle group.
