Waste of electricity. The exhaust tube heats up about as much as the unit cools, so it's not worth using. It never reached the target temperature until nightfall, when the temperature outside cooled to the target temp. And this was on a 85 degree day. Also, Amazon is delaying my refund although I returned it over a week ago. I will have to avoid shopping here as much as I can. Read more

So far, it's ok. It works but isn't quite as effective as some of my window units. I think that may be because of the large and fairly cheap exhaust hoses leaking hot air back into the room. The temp controls seem to work fine and it does turn off and on by itself. It's of average noise level for an air conditioner this size. It was super easy to install and worked pretty much out of the box. It's pretty good size for the space it cools. I would use this for about the size of an average living room or bedroom. Read more

I can hardly get the exhaust hose into the ac couplet or get the window coupler with the hose to stay in the window. The vent hose couldn't be any cheaper. Diameter too big for the coupler. Very disappointed. Read more
