This tv seems very nice for the price. It is very slim, lightweight, and has a brighter screen than my old TV. Shipping was fast hassle free. Read more
The picture is crystal clear and vibrant. Set up is easy. It's the perfect size for the bedroom. Thank you to another reviewer who intructed us that we can turn off the standby LED light by going to settings>system>power>standby LED. The feet were a little bit of a pain for me to get on, but not enough for me to deduct a star. The price beats all others I was considering. You can rename the HDMI ports like I did when I connected my DVD player. I have not bought a sound bar yet as recommended on the manual, but it is nice to know which port to use for it and what is compatible. I connected my digital antenna to the cable/antenna port and local stations automatically come up first in the guide on Live TV, then many streaming channels are listed, although a little different than my Samsung smart TV in the living room. The mute and volume buttons are convenient on the side of the remote, but I will use none of the 4 preset app buttons on the bottom. It would be nice if you could program these. I did notice that I cannot submit feedback via the * button like I could on my stick about apps that fail to load. Some might miss the numbers on a regular remote to quickly go to a local channel, but you can favorite ♡ channels. I see no power button on the TV itself. I did buy a riser that works well: LOTEYIKE Dual Monitor Stand for 2 Monitors, Large TV Riser. Parental controls are an option. Also, under privacy > advertising, you can personalize ads to see fewer ads about many topics that you can check off like mature content, violence, etc. You can put in your zipcode for local recommendations. There are power and sleep timer options. I did have to rearrange my Roku apps in my preferred grouping that I had installed on my previous Roku stick. For those not familiar with Roku: live TV with free streaming channels, videos apps, educational, movies, relaxing nature, music, health, self-help, and bible stuff (reading, teaching, prophecy, relaxing videos and true science). I don't need cable with all the cool stuff on Roku. This has the same wallpapers and themes as the stick. You can even set the screensaver to a fireplace, nature, something colorful, or a beautiful, live aquarium. Complaint: Roku live channels no longer have True History. So, for those of us wanting to learn about the Black Death, the plague of the Middle Ages or other fascinating history, we must install the Xumo app on Roku and go there to find it. I already owned the 50" version of this so pretty much knew what to expect. I will say this one struck me as feeling "cheap" by comparison. I think my 50" is thinner than this. 3.1" is more than you would think, barely thin enough to wall mount. No "find remote" feature, either. Super lightweight, which lends to that cheap feeling. But, the picture quality is great and the Roku interface is very responsive. The speakers soind really good for the size, too. You can also set to power on at one of the HDMI inputs instead of the smart TV interface if you prefer. The remote has to be pointed almost directly at the sensor is probably my worst complaint. All in all though a good value for the money. Small TVs are getting harder to find. Read more
I needed a replacement for my old tcl roku I bought in 2019, which I primarily use as a second screen for my laptop/ watch movies or tv shows when going to bed. My first purchase was the vizio 32 inch tv. Immediately had issues with it refusing to get past the activation screen even though I activated it. Figured Id do it later and connected it to my monitor. My god it looked horrible. The letters on my notepad had such bad ghosting that my eyes actually hurt. My live wallpaper looked like a mess. I cant believe that vizio would put out a product that bad. Mustve been defective, but didnt want to risk it. So i returned and decided, might as well go with what I know. So I bought this tv which is a literal upgrade to my old one. Positives: The picture is stunning. Very bright, color accurate. No ghosting when connected to my laptop. Very responsive, no stuttering Small bezels freed up space on my desk Sound is good Negatives: Same old remote. Although the vizio's picture was atrocious, i really liked the remote. It was bigger and felt more premium than the tcls The panel (subjective). While standing up (keep in mind I was right next to the tv looking down on it), I noticed my live wallpaper was blown out. After conversing with chatgpt (the thought of explaining this to my 18 year old self always cracks me up), I learned that this tv uses a VA panel, which limits viewing angles. My old 2019 model didnt have this issue, as it used an ips panel. Now it was nowhere near as bad, actually barely noticeable when watching netflix, but absurdly noticeable on my wallpaper. On the other hand, with the va you get better contrast and deeper blacks. So personal preference. I included pictures to show how bad it affected my wallpaper, and how little it affected a tv show. For $150, its 100% worth it. And if you're in the same boat as I was deciding between this and the vizio, get the tcl. Youll thank me later. Read more

Greta quality T.V. in my opinion. Fits my bedroom perfectly. Not to bog or small Read more
Bottom Line Up Front: Super picture quality and at this price its hard to complain about about it. Wall mounting was easy (the TV is super light; less than 8 lbs and it supports all of our streaming apps including YouTubeTV. Install was also very easy using a "Pipishell" Full motion mount ($19.99) and it fit perfectly without having to use any adapters. Other things we like: - Very clean looking edge-to-edge screen - Multiple HDMI and 1 HDMI (ARC) outlet - It also has classic Co-Ax, Headphone, and USB Things we can live with: - This is a Roku TV with a Roku Remote - The speakers are okay at this price (we used a sound bar we had on the other TV) - The power cord is hard wired, first time I've seen that in a really long time Read more
