Gentle on skin, great smell
Very gentle on skin yet effective cleanser. Needed a tea tree oil wash for some skin issues I was having. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount you receive for the price. Left my skin feeling soft, smooth and clean. I will definitely order again when I'm out. Read more
It’s just ok. (Tip: how to prime the pump mechanism, here…)
It arrived completely sealed — no leaks. Two bottles/two pumps/two slotted press caps. It smells ok — not overwhelmingly Tea Tree or mint. (It does not leave any residual scent on hands). A press of the pump dispenses an awful lot of soap for hand washing. The texture is a thicker, gel consistency — quite different than what I’m used to in a hand soap — which seemed to take a bit longer to rinse off, too. I didn’t notice that it caused any dryness, but my hands did ITCH after using — I use a Tea Tree body wash daily, so it might be the added mint causing the itchiness?? Anyway, I think it’s over-priced (for what it is) and will not be buying this one again. I’ll stick with my Viking Revolution body wash. 💚 As for the reviews citing that the pump does not work… That happened for me, too. (But, I was able to fix it and it works fine, now. There seems to be a vacuum-type issue because the bottles are too full). 🛑 🛑 Before you COMPLETELY insert the pump tube and screw down the cap, try inserting the tube stem only a couple inches into the bottle. THEN, press down on the pump until some soap comes out of the tip. Once soap comes out, it should be primed and ready to be inserted fully into the bottle, screwed-on and used! Of course, I had immediately assembled the pump mechanism completely — as I do for all bottles such as these — and it failed to work. I then unscrewed it, lifted it half-way out of the bottle…dripping soap everywhere….and was then able to get it primed with some added space/air. Hope this helps the next person. 🙂 Read more
