Arrived well packaged and product was in perfect condition after shipping. It feels exceptionally solid and has no exposed hardware. It lives in my shower and water beads nicely on the finish. There are no rough edges whatsoever. This simply feels like an elegant, high-quality product that is sturdy enough to hold any shower products. The big shampoo bottles from warehouse stores will not fit on the middle or lower shelves. There is plenty of room for them on the top tier. I would buy this shelf again and strongly recommend it. Original Review: I love teak, and this is the best teak product I've gotten for several years. I was so pleased to see that the bench came from Java, where high quality teak is native and craftsman have been creating teak furniture for generations. This is not throwaway furniture. Here are my impressions on this shelf unit. MATERIAL GENUINE TEAK: The material itself is unquestionably teak. It's a rich golden in color that I haven't seen in another type of timber. Water beads up on it. It has a subtle glow typical of oiled wood, vs a hard shine typical of more common wood finishes. DESIGN ELEGANT: When I opened the box, the first thing that hit my eye, other than the quality of the wood, was the rounded corners of the shelves. These corners gives the bench a refined, elegant aesthetic that's more pleasing versus hard "chopped" corners. There are no hard corners on this bench. The shelves are sturdy and easily hold bottles of shampoo and other shower products. WORKMANSHIP EXCELLENT: First, the bench comes fully assembled, a rarity these days. The joints are tight and there is no wobble to the bench. Overall, the bench seems well made. MAINTENANCE: Because this wood is oiled, it will require a light application of teak oil likely once of twice a year. I am okay with this, as it take very little time. This is a really nice corner shower stand. It' seems to be a good quality and I love that it came assembled. I've recently moved and not having to assemble something is a big bonus for me these days! It's sturdy, doesn't wobble and so far there has been no issues with the water (warping the wood, etc.). It's easy to put my leg on for shaving and the shelves are great for holding lots of products. I do think this is pricey and there are cheaper ones you can buy, but the quality of this is great. You get what you pay for sometimes. I recommend this for sure! Read more

We got this for added organization for essentials in the bathroom. This is a very nice shelf. We did not see a need to use it in a shower. It is on the floor, in a corner, outside the shower. It is sturdy and well-designed, and it appears to be real wood. It looks like a nice addition to our bathroom being aesthetically pleasing and functional. This is a really nice shower stand that is very well built. It feels very solid and has the nice teak wood smell. The first thing that I want to point out is it comes fully assembled. This was great as you can just take it out of the box and use it immediately. There are 3 legs and each have levelers on the bottom. The only draw back I see with the stand is that the shelves only have about 8.5 inches of space. You can’t place any of the liter size shampoo bottles or large body washes on the first 2 shelves. This is the perfect size, it came already assembled, it was just unbox and place it in the bath area. It looks well made and I am very pleased with the type of wood this is made of.
