What a beautiful coffee machine! I went from a keurig to this because I am drinking about 4-5 cups a day which is a lot of coffee pods so I decided to switch over to a pot. I’m not gonna lie I stumbled upon this one because I love the terracotta color, I have accents everywhere in that color so when I saw this I knew I was going with this one lol but I am very pleasantly surprised the taste is completely different! I’m using the same coffee as was in my pods but tastes more bold? Maybe more flavorful? I’m not sure how to explain it, it tastes like a more expensive cup of coffee I guess, which for the price it should taste like an expensive cup of coffee lol I’m hoping to have this for a while it seems like it will hold up well. I love the simplicity of it. I hate coffee machines with Bluetooth and 20 different buttons, my keurig had all that nonsense and I never used any of it. It brews a lot quicker also than my keurig which also nice! And the size of this is actually so compact! It’s probably half the size of my keurig which in the photos it looks big but it’s not at all, it’s very small it takes up hardly any counter space I love it! my keurig looked so bulky and kinda an eye sore. I definitely plan on keeping it, though my Amazon driver did let me know some detergent had spilt on the package during delivery I thought it had just got on the outside of the box but it looks like it soaked through and some of the plastic pieces stink like chemically detergent which is grossing me out. I tried washing the pieces off so if that doesn’t fade away in the next few days I may have to return it but I will definitely be getting the same one I’m so far a huge fan of this coffee machine and I will update if I experience any issues with it Read more

Extremely frustrating to receive a chipped and damaged product. The enamel on the right back corner of the heated plate element displays a large chip. If it wasn’t for the fact I got it on a Black Friday deal for $100 off, I would be returning. My husband and I are big fans of the Moccamaster products and this was an upgrade to our coffee bar. It seems their quality of products has decreased, which is disappointing. Read more
I really like the ease of this coffee maker. Its stylist and works well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the coffee pot. It is really delicate glass and you MUST hand wash carefully. I think its a little pricey to be plastic but I do like it. Read more

For the price idk. It feels pretty cheap. Taking the craft on and off it has to be scraped and finagled off of it. It’s just awkward. The plastic pieces, idk. It looks good in your house, the coffee is good. Feels like a gimmick look with some probably expensive hardware underneath. Idk just feels cheap. Read more
