Love these!!! I've been wearing them constantly at home and sometimes under my boots when I'm out. They do stretch out a bit as you wear them, when I first put them on they stay up but after a few hours they start to gather a bit around the ankles, at home I usually wear them with slippers so they don't fall off but they're amazing for lounging. I like to wear shorts and put these on since my feet and ankles get so cold. I also have VERY small legs so I feel like other people won't have as much of an issue with this. If they are worn in boots then they seem to stay put. After washing them they do shrink back a bit, as with most items that are knitted. They're very soft and cozy, great for colder months. I have medium size legs and can wear these over leggings or straight leg jeans, no problem. They don't fall down at all! And they are not tight. So comfy with perfect amount of stretch. Really keep my legs warm. Read more

Then why only three stars?! Because they are not thigh-high leg warmers. That's okay because they ARE exactly what I wanted :80's style scrunchy leg warmers!!! They could be straightened out all the way but they would only reach a bit above the knees's. Definitely nowhere near coverage of thighs! But if you want the classic scrunchy 80's leg warmers buy these!!!! They give the proper scrunch, and are nice and snug, and don't feel as if they will slide down at all. I love them!! That said, I do feel there is an effort to deceive in the advertisement 1.) They stretch horizontally, but there is no give vertically. So there is no way that they would go that high up the thigh with scrunch to boot (pardon pun), like they seem to in the picture. 2.) My hypothesis is that in the photos they are pulled up very high onto the calf-end under the boots in order to make them reach that level above the boot on the thigh. These legwarmers are perfect for styling while keeping you warm, if you have thin legs it will fall off a bit but layering it with tights and socks can keep it up from falling. They don't feel cheap they're worth getting for their price! Read more
