I see that many people say it does not work. However, I have very sensitive teeth and enamel damage so I cannot use most whitening methods (other pens, strips, etc.). This pen did NOT hurt my teeth! It works best if you use it every day and leave it on for 30 minutes. It may not work as quickly as the other stronger methods but I am very happy I found it. My stains are finally gone.
