After Action Review—November 29, 2025
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a whitening powder, but this one works better than a lot of whitening toothpastes I’ve tried. It has a fine, gentle texture that doesn’t feel harsh on my teeth, and after a few uses I noticed a real difference—especially with coffee and tea stains. It freshens breath nicely and leaves my mouth feeling clean without that gritty residue some powders leave behind. I like that you only need a small amount each time, so the 15g jar goes a long way. If you’re looking for an easy addition to your routine to brighten your smile and lift daily stains, this whitening powder is surprisingly effective and worth trying. Read more

The taste is really refreshing and it's super easy to use. I have noticed a moderate amount of whitening over the last couple of weeks. Though I am a coffee and Diet Coke girlie, so I'm not the easiest to work with lol. I love how easy this is to use -- obviously with any toothbrush, but I enjoy using it with my Oral-b iO 9 electric toothbrush for a deeper clean. The powder itself doesn't feel abrasive at all, quite gentle in fact, which is a big plus. Make shift whiteners like baking soda unfortunately seem popular, but are definitely * not * recommended due to damaging the enamel. I like this alternative that's a smooth powder and is a cinch to use a few times a week as part of my usual routine. I've seen some lukewarm reviews, but I'm sure the execution is pretty straightforward with a bit of practice: - Dentists typically recommend a 2 minute brushing both morning and night, so I do just that with my regular paste and this whitening powder. - Dipping a wet toothbrush into the top of the powder comes out with a moderate but sufficient "coating" of powder to do the job. No addition dipping or stress -- one and done. - I use the powder alone, not in tandem with toothpaste. If you brush with your usual paste during the same session, just do a separate paste and powder brushing so you don't have both products bulking up your brush. - If you find it messy, it could mean there is too much powder so maybe just tap off the excess if you're worried about it dusting your counter tops or sink (I had a bit of this but it's so easy to rinse right off, no staining) Overall i'm very pleased. I'm always happy to add an effective product to my routine. This one looks really nice with luxe packaging and a sleek blue glass pot. I'd definitely recommend it! Read more

This tooth whitening powder (ASIN B0FFST9WD3) is gentler than most other whitening agents I’ve tried, but it’s also more frustrating to use. I’m torn on how to rate this because it does work, but the frustrations may outweigh the benefits. For one thing, it’s messy. The directions say to dip your toothbrush into the jar to put some powder on it then brush. Easy enough, but invariably a fair amount of powder ends up in the sink or on me. Luckily, the powder hasn’t stained anything, but it’s a waste. Another problem is that I don’t know what the maximum amount is. The directions say to use it up to four times a week but not for how long. Should I stop after a certain amount of time? The powder feels gentle enough to continue using, but I’d like more specific information on this point. I used this every other day over several days until I’d used it eight times. I had no ill effects from it. My teeth and gums are somewhat sensitive and sometimes react badly to whitening products. Fortunately, that didn’t happen here. The taste is fine, sort of minty, but my mouth didn’t feel quite as clean as it does after brushing with toothpaste. Also, this doesn’t foam the way most toothpaste does, but if you use brands made without foaming agents, this will feel very familiar to you. The whitening effect was there but very subtle. And that’s okay. It didn’t go quite as far as I’d hoped, but it was good enough to make me consider using this powder again if I could do so with less mess. I appreciate that it’s both vegan friendly and has no peroxide as peroxide often irritates my gums I received this in mid-September 2025. The expiration date is 4/24/28, which is more than enough time to use this up. Read more

The teeth whitening powder from Frduga comes in a blue little jar. Each jar contains 0.5 oz. The product and packaging look and feel premium. The instructions say to dip a moist toothbrush into the powder. You then brush your teeth as you normally would. The powder has a pleasant mint flavor and foams when you brush. Overall, it feels gentle and not as harsh as some teeth whitening products can be. What’s worth noting is that it can be a little messy when you dip your toothbrush into the powder. Apart from that, it does appear to help reduce stains and whiten the teeth overall. I see this product as a nice, gentler alternative to harsher teeth whitening options. Given the product form and the price, I think it offers decent value. Read more

This stuff works and it's easy to use! Just wet your toothbrush, dip it in the powder, and brush! I have noticed that my smile is whiter and I haven't noticed any increased sensitivity. The taste is fine. Read more

I have not noticed a significant difference in whitening my teeth. I do drink coffee daily, maybe I need to start using a straw to see a difference. I do like the way it cleans my teeth. Read more
