I very seldom write reviews but this cookware is so wonderful that I have to tell everyone. It does everything it says it will do. Non stick,just wipe clean,even cooking. I am a long time cast iron user if cast iron for frying fried eggs but I can fry eggs in this skillet with little grease and it is so good as non sticking I have to chase the eggs in the skillet because they are moving around.
