Only telescopes to maybe 35 inches, dummy me looked at the pics and assumed about 5 ft. So needs to be on a camping, coffee table. Too heavy IMO, to back pack with, but would be great for car camping. Nice and bright but didnt test it for run time. Feels well built and sturdy. May end up buying a second one. Read more
