***UPDATE*** Since my original review I have lost 60# (and counting!). The suit I purchased back then no longer fits. I once again needed a bathing suit for a beach vacation with my family, but this time I wasn't loaded with dread because I knew exactly what I wanted. I came right back here and bought this suit again, this time in wine red. My original purchase was an 18W and this new purchase was a Large. It fits just as well and looks just as amazing as my previous purchase. I just love, love, love this suit! And if I shrink out of this large, I will absolutely buy this suit again and again in whatever size I need. ********************************************************************************* I despise bathing suit shopping. I'd rather stab myself in the eye with a hot fork than go try on bathing suits. There's nothing like having shaky self confidence in your body image and then staring at yourself in a huge mirror under harsh store lights while crammed into a sausage casing that hugs every molecule of cellulite. Good times! 5 days before going on a beach vacation with my family I couldn't find my bathing suit. I just bought it last year and I couldn't for the life of me locate it in any drawer or closet. My husband uttered the worst phrase imaginable...Why don't you just run to the store and go get a new one? NOOOOOOO!!!!!! Before subjecting myself to that torture, I cruised Amazon to see what was available. I came across this suit. Hmmm, it's cute. I like the mesh in the front and on the back, it's a bit sexy, I like the tummy rouching, the neckline will keep the girls contained and I won't be fighting with straps falling down. It's also reasonably priced and available on Prime. Then I read the reviews and looked at the customer submitted photos. THOUSANDS of rave reviews, and LOTS of pics of bigger girls (like me) that looked good. What the heck, why not? I clicked buy. It arrived the next day, and with all the dread inside of me of decades of hating this annual ritual, I slinked into the bedroom to try it on. I turned around and looked in the mirror and was incredibly shocked! I looked GREAT! I looked slimmer, the cut and style were incredibly flattering, the girls looked amazing and it was very comfortable. I was absolutely astounded. I called my husband to come look and his jaw literally dropped open. He said it's the best bathing suit I've ever bought, it made me look terrific, and what's more it made me smile big and stand tall which made me look even better. Loved this swimsuit so much, that I ended up purchasing a second one in a different in another pattern. This swimsuit fits just perfectly me on me and based on size chart it is perfect. For women that are bustier this makes them look wonderful and makes the waist appear smaller. Good derriere coverage which is important to me, as I don't want it hanging out. It actually makes my derriere look good - which I thought was impossible. There is no added weight added on my shoulders as I wear the swimsuit and when I dive, I'm not falling out of the top of the swimsuit (which happens a lot when you are a 34DD in many suits). I feel totally secure and comfortable in this very well made swimsuit. I do recommend washing in cold, gentle cycle in a lingerie bag with nothing else in the bag. I add it with my other dark clothes and the lingerie bags I use protect the swimsuits well. I live in Georgia on the Florida border so the swimsuits are getting great workouts as I wear a swimsuit daily with a cover-up since we have an inground pool. The swimsuit fits tru to size. It's pretty and sexy in a classy way. The see through area is where there's mesh. Everywhere else is fine. The straps aren't adjustable and there's plenty of padding. I may order another one in a different color for next year. Read more

The look I was going for was just right! Classy, comfortable, easy to put on, not too revealing. When I put on this stunning bathing suit, it turned heads. This suit is fancier than I wanted for lap swims at my local rec center pool, but works perfectly. I’m have a smaller chest and the V-cut suits don’t provide the coverage/support I need when swimming (ladies, you might understand what I mean). Really great swimsuit, I have a medium fits great. I’m pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and flattering this swimsuit is (and this is coming from someone who doesn’t look good in one). The mesh in the front makes it look sexy and sporty. The tummy control is functional and comfortable. The seat provides nice coverage without being a boy short. In the pool, it’s comfortable to have on and move around in—I never feel like I have to tug the legs down, etc. It’s not hard to use the hook on the straps in the upper back. We’ll see how it holds up over time but I’d buy this one again in a heartbeat. Read more
