I purchased a new high end inner spring mattress after having a Temperpedic for 15+ years, so I researched mattress protection covers and eventually found this cover. I looked for: 1. Soft 2. Noiseless 3. Tencel (I don't need extra heat when sleeping), very hygienic from allergens 4. Waterproof (I have 3 pups so just in case and I get hot sleeping) 5. Breathable (I don't need a petri-dish of retained moisture bacteria and off gassing retained) 6. Good fitting 7. Stong (long lasting retaining shape and protection) again covered under Tencel 8. Nice appearance This mattress cover offered everything I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Its appearance seems high-end with a soft cushiony feel. It's easy to put on a mattress, fits perfectly and stays in place with generous elastic all around the opening. I've noticed no noise from the cover when changing positions or from sitting on the side of the bed. I've had it on for over a month and I've never had to readjust it once. Overall, this mattress cover met all my needs and requirements and I definitely recommend purchasing it! I hope this review helps you make your purchasing decision easier. I bought this to protect my mattress. My matress is king size and deep. This cover fits perfectly. It is soft and well made. It even has a little tag on it that says, "Head" so you don't have any trouble putting it on correctly. But, I bought it to protect my mattress from bodily fluids. How can I sanitize this item if it has to be washed in cold water and no bleach. I kept it and put a pad over it in case of accident. I just received my new STYLINEN King Tencel Eucalyptus Mattress Protector and it is awesome! I am pleased with the fit because my mattress is thick. I just purchased a new mattress and also have a grandbaby that likes to jump into my bed, definitely wanted stains, and a waterproof protector. It really does a great job.
