I bought this runner rug to go beside my tanning bed in my house. I wanted something soft and pleasant to step on. The pattern of this one reminded me of water at the beach, kind of. Anyway, it is just exactly what I was after- the perfect amount of cushioning, and the shag is soft and silky. It washes well in the washing machine, gentle cycle, and I dry it on my air-dry rack. I kids enjoy this rug, I use it in my basement next to my office setup where my kids can lay on it and watch tv. Very nice look to it, super soft and has a great grip on the floor. Gave it four stars because it’s super slippery to walk on. Myself and my kids have almost slipped walking across it. Thought vacuuming it a few times would take that away, but it hasn’t. Read more

Thickness More Like a Blanket Then Rug

Be aware that this "rug" is more like the thickness of an fuzzy acrylic blanket. There is nearly no cushioning to it. The colors are fine and the shag fiber is fine, but the sewing job was lacking. The backing was not correctly sewn to the shag top and left a bulge on one side, making the "rug" not lie completely flat. It's a disappointment, but at least it keeps my dog from sliding on the tiled floor when he leaps from the stairs. Read more

This pink carpet runner actually feels really good underfoot—soft, well-made, and it adds some nice comfort to the hallway. No complaints about the quality at all. But here’s the mystery: my wife chose pink (again), and then decided to put a rug on top of another rug.
