I absolutely love Kiwi knives. They are shockingly easy to sharpen back to screaming sharp and hold up to abuse. You won’t find a better knife for a lower price (believe me, I tried). It’s also super lightweight and thin, making it slicey. Read more

One of my cheapest and favorite knives. Softer carbon steel is much easier to keep very sharp. Bought another for a friend. She loves it too! Read more

I have a lot of kitchen knives. Some of them were crazy expensive.... These Thai made knives are nothing short of amazing. Sharp, well balanced, easy to sharpen and CHEAP! I use these more on a daily basis than any of the "premium" knives that I own. Read more

Basically sharpened sheet metal, but works for cutting. Probably a good camping knife or to have as a backup. Sharpens up nicely but loses edge quickly. Very light. Very thin metal (have to get used to the flexible blade when using). Read more

I cooked with a Kiwi knife for years while I lived in Thailand. The first thing I noticed about this knife when it arrived was how thin the metal is - much thinner than what I had before. So thin that I can easily bend the tip with just my fingers. The plus side is that with a blade this thin it's very easy to filet things and make paper-thin slices. I'll probably get another Kiwi that's a little bit thicker but I'm very happy to keep this one. Read more
