Weve been buying these skirts every year for the last 3 years. Perfect uniform skirt with shorts underneath! They're very durable! They withstand everything, including your child's growth since it has elastic on the inside to adjust the width. It fits true to size and is stretchy so they're comfortable for all day use and running around. The side zipper makes it super convenient for kids (much better than another brand we tried once that had buttons all along the side and was awful when she had to use the restroom alone. They dont wrinkle easily thought I notice a little wrinkle if your dryer is full (lighter loads don't have an issue) BUT the hem does seem to always wrinkle. I use Downy wrinkle release on the skirts, even to create crisp pleats and it works amazingly. Read more

My daughter is 7 and weighs like 40lbs, but I still have to get her a size 4 bc she is thin with a long torso and tiny waist line so always make sure to double check the size chart and go by weight not age! But all in all, it's a great buy, and a great fit, very classy, and most of all perfect for children who are in private schools that have strict uniform policies, i.e. My kids go to a private Catholic school (because it's the best school around) but needless to say, my point is is that they are very strict when it comes to uniforms and these skirts are awesome, just make sure you double check the sizes because like I said, my daughter is seven years old, weighs a little more than 40 lbs and has a very small waist line, so I had to get her a size 4 and it fit perfectly!
