These are very simple but cute dresses. The skater sytle is popular and is great for girls who skate or skateboard. They are cute wide at the bottom so nice for twirling. Eight-year-old wears shorts or leggings underneath and loves these dresses. They are 60% cotton. I machine wash on low and hang to dry. They stay nice, don't shrink, and dry very quickly. It’s a cute dress! Bought it for my daughters’ bunny pictures at school and they were lovely. True to size. Bought the 7/8 for my 8 yr old. She weighs 45 lbs and is tall/thin body wise. It fit her well. I bought the XXL for my 10 yr old. She weighs 108 lbs and is 4’10. She isn’t very big/chunky but is going through puberty where she is already showing, so I had to size up for her as she does not look like a typical 10 yr old body wise, but the size fit her well! My 7 yr old loves the comfort of these dresses. While the fabric isn't the most amazing quality in the world (a tad on the thinner side), I have found that they hold up well in the wash and are still decent quality for the price. Sizing: My daughter is a bit in-between sizes right now. She is pictured in the 7/8, with room to grow. Her measurements are 46.5" tall, 24" chest, 22" waist, and 24.5" hips. She was 50 lbs.
