I'm not sure if 100 days equals 4 months like in the promotional material, but you still get a lot in one go. I'm not sure how to explain it, but the flavor is like a minty Chinese medicine flavor. Lightweight and extra refreshing, with a hint of medicinal herbs. Maybe that's just my nose. Anyways, it does the job really well compared to other cleansing tablets I've tried. For one, it actually clears up buildup on my retainers, making them clear again after a few uses. Plus, the aftermath water looks clear and smells good. The taste isn't like grape or some random candy flavor that gets stuck in the retainers, so I can go to bed with them on and not feel queasy or have to wash them thoroughly after sticking them in the ultrasonic cleaner I use. These tablets are great for keeping my Invisalign retainers clean. They’re very easy to use - just fill up a cup of water, drop a tablet in, put in your retainers, and come back in 15 minutes or so. It seems to work as well as other retainer cleaners I’ve used in the past. The 95 count box will last me a long time…but why 95? That’s an odd quantity. The water turns blue from the tablets, but it doesn’t stain my retainers. I give them a good rinse afterward and sometimes run it through a cycle in my ultrasonic cleaner. My retainers were definitely cleaner after the first use; it’s less noticeable in subsequent uses but that’s because I’m cleaning them much more often now! I ordered these tablets for my 8 year old daughter to use for her retainer. While a lot of days she just brushes and rinses her retainer, she uses one of these tablets every few days with her ultrasonic cleaner for more of a deep clean. They are simple enough that she can handle using them on her own. I'm wearing aligners for a couple years now to keep my teeth straight and this means I have to wear aligners at night and throughout the day. A big help to keep retainers clean, easily. Just drop it into a cup, fill with tap water and put retainers into the cup. It dissolve quickly and retainers appear to be clean after 3-4 hours immersed in the water. Read more
