I hit the gym every morning before heading to the office, and this bag fits my routine perfectly. It keeps a clean, professional look while hiding tons of smart functionality. The shoe compartment is a total game-changer — no smell, good size. Relative to some other bags I’ve had this is a very high quality from the zippers to the leather. Also didn’t have that cheap leather smell either after unboxing. If trying to decide between lite or Pro I would say The Lite version would be best as a daily bag for office days. The Pro also would work great daily but if you want the flexibility to swap out a carry on for travel I’d probably go with the Pro as it has space for 2-3 days worth of clothes, laptop and shoes. This is the PERFECT overnight bag or carry-on personal item. Fits everything you need, and looks great. The separate shoe compartment is clutch, and doubles as laundry if you don’t need an extra pair. I flew on an airline that charges for overhead bin space, and this fits as a personal item (under the seat in front of me). It’s structured yet soft, and looks really good in blue. I saw this bag advertised all over social media, and it felt like it would be a total game-changer, eliminating the need for me to carry my gym clothes in a separate bag whenever I bring my laptop to work or any other location. Unfortunately, it is much more attractive in concept than in execution. Let's start with the construction and design. This is where the bag gets most of its points. It is GORGEOUS, and you can tell that the materials are high quality, especially with its rigid structure. Unfortunately, this rigidity is also its downfall at times. With a gym bag, you want to be able to access things quickly and pack/unpack without thinking. The rigidity makes it not only difficult to stuff (since there is no leeway) but also difficult to zip. Next, the shoe compartment. It's a great concept, but it is too small (at least on the Lite variant) to easily fit a compact pair of men's size 12 sneakers. And its design is someone flawed: it is a soft-lined pouch, not an actual "compartment," and if your shoes have traction, it is incredibly difficult to place them in and remove them, as they will grip the liner. And with the way the bag is arranged, the compartment takes up the ENTIRE bottom of the bag, not just the side, leaving little room of belongings when it is full. Let's look at the laptop sleeve. The bag claims to be able to hold 16" laptops, but it is more like 15.6." My 16" MacBook Pro BARELY fit, causing the material to flex and some force to close. Chunkier 16" laptops will definitely NOT fit. And while I do appreciate the divider (helpful if you also carry a tablet or papers with you), the compartment is so thin that any laptop thicker than an ultra thin one will take up the entire pocket, rendering the divider useless. Not to mention that, even if you have a thin laptop, it will press on the liner that separates the laptop compartment from the main compartment, reducing your space even more. The other two features: the water bottle pocket and the valuables pocket. Both are great options to have, but not necessarily great to use. The bottle pocket is too small/tight for a typical 24 ounce water bottle, meaning most gym bottles won't fit. And the pocket is nice and deep, but again, it cuts into the main cavity, so your usage options are limited. Not to mention that the material tends to stick to itself, so it is a bit tricky to insert items and remove them, just like with the shoe compartment. And perhaps most importantly, the convenience of it all. I mentioned some of the difficulties in fitting things, yet due to its rigid structure and resulting weight, the bag is incredibly cumbersome to navigate with. It almost awkwardly rests against your body, and it pulls down on your shoulder heavily in the process. The shoulder strap also does not have nearly enough cushion -- backpack straps would have made this bag incredibly more convenient. Also, for a bag that claims to be an "office" bag, it is lacking many office bag requirements, such as place for pencils/pens or chargers or any exterior pockets that are larger than the size of a cell phone. And all this being said, the bag is simply not worth its price. $50-100? Maybe. But $200 for what is cool but not mind-blowing? Hard pass. It's really such a shame.
