This liner is a gel texture and it is the smoothest, easiest to apply gel liner I've ever used. I didn't expect the formula to be this nice. You barely need any pressure to draw a deep, pigmented line. It does take a little while to dry down. Until it does, you can smudge it or blend it out if you want. Once it dries down it doesn't budge until you use makeup remover. It's very affordable and I will be ordering this eyeliner in the future. Read more
