Im slightly chubbier than my average counterpart and I got the large which should've fit my dimensions. The back piece is incredibly small. Seems smaller than it does in the pics. If I wear it to the appropriate height on my back, the support strap becomes a glorified bra and if I wear it lower, it does nothing for support. The straps are also way too long.
