Purchased this as a school backpack for my son. It's lightweight and comfortable for him. One big plus is that the side pocket can fit a wide water bottle (32oz owalla). And the main compartment is large and can fit a full size lunch box as well as some school supplies like a binder. The downside is that it ONLY has the large main compartment. No smaller pockets or compartments. No front or side pockets. Nowhere to store smaller items which I didn't think would be a big problem but it is. So knocking off 1 star for that. But other than the bag has held up to being tossed around for several months and still looks new. Read more

I love the color of the bag we ordered for my second grader. Super cute I love the logo. The size is perfect for her, she only brings home a folder and maybe a book or two but i love how comfortably it looks on her and of course north faces are quality is great. Kids are rough with their stuff so I’m appreciative of the durability of this backpack. And the bungee cords are great for carrying your jacket or a sweatshirt. Read more
