I am very fussy about sneakers and boots. I like them to feel lightweight and comfy. I live in Western New York so we've been having rainy weather (and a couple days of snow) and so far the waterproofing seems to be working. I love that they are easy to slip on and take off. I usually wear an 8 and that is what I purchased. Some reviews said to go up but I didn't and i am happy with the true size of the boot. I can even fit a sock or heat pack in them. This is a light weight winter boot that is very comfortable! I have a pair, my daughter has a pair, and my granddaughter has a pair. The one thing you will have to be careful about is sizing. There are no half sizes which is always a problem. My daughter and I wear 8 1/2 and we had to send them back and get size 9. Got a size 8 for my granddaughter. These do go on sale in the spring so no need to pay full price! They are warm and waterproof at the bottom. There’s no zipper so you do have to pull them on. Read more
My running shoe shoe size is 9.5, but I always go up a half a size to a 10 in women’s for boots and sandals. They fit perfectly. These are the first winter boots that I have bought in over 30 years because I live in Key West Florida and was making a trip up to the north east. I was able to wear them in the snow and my feet stayed very warm! The temperature got down to 7° where I was at and very windy… We walked quite a bit outside and these boots were fantastic. they are snug to get on if you have larger ankles like me, but once they are on they are perfectly comfortable and snuggly. The boots are fabulous. So warm and comfortable. Just note that they run small. I wear a 9-1/2 and I bought a 10. My toes are right at the top, but not uncomfortable. Also, they do run narrow. So, I would not recommend these boots for a wider foot. They were just perfect for me. Read more
