I tried all the flavors and Buffalo is the best because the Siracha is REALLY SPICE - the plain flavor that only has salt is bland - so Buffalo is the best out of all the flavors. It is NON GMO but not organic. I wish it was organic but it is really difficult to find organic roasted edamame. It is grown in China and I am not thrilled about that - because China is very polluted, but I called the company and they said they have strict quality control - and I feel better because it is certified non GMO. I like the crunchy texture - this is a great snack that has no added sugar and no artificial ingredients. Very high protein, fiber and isoflavones which are good for health. Very versatile because I don't like croutons in salad because croutons are too salty and white flour - I like to put these edamame in salads instead of croutons.
