This is a fabulous gadget that is so reasonably priced and does what's intended. It works easily to squeeze and can store a large amount of water. The water can be any temperature you prefer. It doesn't leak either. It has many openings in the sprayer part, providing a strong spray if preferred. I am a senior female and find this easy to squeeze with one hand. Received portable bidet, was much nicer quality than expected, and very easy to securely connect shower top to bottle. So I washed it, filled it and had a trial run. I don’t know what’s up with the reviewers who had issues at first with water going everywhere, learning curve, etc - maybe Im just gifted lol (I’m not) - it’s very easy to use and straightforward. No problems at all, water went exactly where I wanted, awesome for lady bits and backdoor using frontal approach. After, a nice blotting with a dedicated washcloth completes the transaction. (I purchased a pkg of super soft baby washcloths for the purpose.) This xl size holds perfect amt of water for cleansing both areas, or maybe multiple goes. The bottle looks nice left out in view. (Think I’ll get the regular size for travel or the emergency bag in case we have to evacuate for a hurricane.) It’s wonderful to be so nicely clean between showers. Would love to have an actual built-in bidet. The europeans and others figured this out decades ago! Why is US so barbaric in this regard? Added note: Im not specifically trying to save on TP, will continue to blot for urine and wipe a pass or two on the bum after a poo, and use the bottle shower to rinse what’s left, just like I do before getting in the shower. Works well- like everyone else, was missing the travel case. If it’s off track in twisting closed, it will leak. But, after I use the restroom, I feel clean- I contemplated an attachable unit but really didn’t want to mess with attaching it to my toilet plumbing. Then the germaphobe in me thought about cleaning the toilet and the sprayer with others using it and changing my mind and saw this personal unit and I could take it with me on trips- no surprise forced spray- I like running my water a little warm- test in y the inside of your wrist to check the temperature if you want a gentle warmth. Like myself. Saves on toilet paper because you just need to dry off. And my favorite part is I feel freshly cleaned in an area that is easily accessible to waste. I bought this to replace a bottle with a different shape and configuration of the water head. I think it does an okay job, but it has some cons that I think will make it less useful in the long run. It seems durable, though, and I suppose it’s not a bad size for travel. Definitely not a convenient size for a purse or backpack, though. Pros: - There is a silicone washer inside where the top attaches. This keeps the bottle from leaking when it is flipped over, which is a big improvement over my old one. This is the biggest advantage of this model, IMO. - Good angle for the spraying head. Neutral: - The bottle is ovoid, not round. This makes it easier to hold, but the smooth surface counteracts this. Not a problem so far, but I think I prefer the versions with some bumps or texture for grip. Cons: - The materials listed for this device were silicone and rubber. Based on this, I hoped the body would be flexible silicone. However, every part seems to be plastic, except for the silicone washer inside. There is nothing rubber to be found in this produc, unless there is a valve or something hidden inside the head. Because the bottle is small and made of fairly rigid plastic, it’s harder to squeeze than a typical shampoo bottle. The round bottles may have the advantage there. And, I don’t like it when sellers represent the materials inaccurately. - Probably because of the smaller volume even when it’s full, there is less water pressure than I hoped for. The spray head is a nice idea, but with the stream split into multiple openings, and the resistance to squeezing, plus less water pressure, the overall spray just becomes less effective for anything but liquid waste. It would be very hasty for me to say this is the best product I've ever bought from Amazon. With that said, all the other products on here need to step up their game! One use is all it took to convince me. I keep most of the things I order, but none have impressed me this much. How have I not had this my entire life? The bottle feels durable, yet allows the flex for applying pressure to the sides. The feeling of cleanliness and freshness after is amazing. I thought it would be awkward, since you're not really seeing what you're cleaning, but apparently, humans can feel when water is hitting the right areas. I have witnessed no leaks, and the shape of the nozzle fits exactly where it is supposed to. No more feeling like you're literally pulling your hair out, or wiping a marker tip. I'm a man in shock. This is a perfect travel/portable bidet. I originally used a post partum peri bottle but it was cumbersome to use (nozzle would spin in different directions, always leaked water when held upside down and didn't hold as much water as this one does). The HappyPo doesn't leak at all. It holds a lot of water, its easy to squeeze and the water pressure that comes out of the nozzle is nice. The water goes exactly where you aim it. I also use it in the shower at hotels that don't have a handheld shower head. It dries quickly when air dried and easily packable in a suitcase. I purchased 2 peri bottles before discovering this portable bidet. I wish I had found it sooner. Highly recommend. Read more
