I spoke with customer service due to French hook shorter than most. Can be remedied with small plastic backing. Pearls have beautiful luster and shine and color. Size and shape as described. The Pearl Source and I got off to a somewhat rocky start: I ordered these way, way early for my wife's birthday and as it turns out was really glad I did. As soon as I opened the box, I saw that one of the pearls had come apart from the earpiece. Of course, being the obedient shopper that I always [unwittingly] am, I immediately tried the 800 number on one of the little cards supplied with the jewelry. It rang through and I was promptly hung up on. Tried it again and got the same result -- several times. Finally, when I got a human, she listened to me whine, moan and vent, and told me to take the matter up with Amazon (which I would have done if I hadn't been supplied with a card with their 800 number). Amazon, like always, Smiled And Nodded and promptly supplied me with a shipping label, and sent out a replacement pair. Now ... these pearls are really nice looking, and I consider them a good value for the price I paid. But as soon as I give them to my wife for her birthday I'm going to make sure to activate the warranty. This has been enough "pearl diving" for one lifetime. Read more

The first time I wore these earrings I lost one and will have to purchase again to have a full set. The ear wire is so wide that when I removed my mask it came out...somewhere. It would be a very simple thing to include a little plastic piece on the ear wire that can be used when wearing. They are beautiful earrings and I am sad this happened. Read more
