I often enjoy a warm cup of this green tea in the mornings, or I brew the hot tea with two bags (as directed for iced tea) and then pour over ice with a tiny bit of coconut milk. It is my go-to drink to save money at home. I like the mild grassy flavor and I really enjoy the zero-waste round unbleached tea bags. They go right in my compost bin when I am done. I plan to reuse the tin container, so it's a zero waste product! Republic of Tea makes quality teas with distinct flavors, I am a big fan! It has an expiration date of May 2025. Read more
This is a nice robust yet not bitter green tea. It has a nice full flavor, but I do brew two bags at one time. Inside the bags the tea itself is actually very powdery, so it is not the highest quality leaf or dry on it, but it still tastes very good. It is nice that these are individual round tea bags, but I still cut them open and put it into my metal diffuser to avoid any chemicals that may be present in the filter. I like that the tin is pretty air tight, even though the tea is already quite dry. Read more

I never had matcha tea before and can that this isn't my favorite. The tea had a mild taste but it was very bitter to me. It tasted like grass. I wasn't a big fan of the tea and didn't like it all. Read more
Rooibos and green tea and matcha have very different flavor profiles, I wasn't sure how the combination would work. Was very curious to try. These tea bags are round, one stacked on top of each other in this cylindrical tube of a container. Some matcha flew out when I opened the lid. Brewed a cup, I used a little more than 6oz recommended for 1 tea bag. The combination works! It's a little sweet from the Rooibos, and I can still taste the green tea and a little matcha.
