Daily Matcha Powder: This exceptional tea has the balanced flavors of what is referred to as umami (literally, “yummy” in Japanese). Savory, sweet, bright and grassy — this super energizing tea is a great way to wake up or whisk away that afternoon slump.
Japanese Matcha: Tender shade-grown tea leaves are stone ground to a fine powder. Instead of being steeped, matcha is simply blended into water and sipped, allowing your body to take in more of the health benefits that green tea has to offer.
Matcha Preparation: Heat water to just short of boiling (175°F). Add ½–1 tsp of matcha to a warm bowl. Add 6 oz of hot water. Experiment to find your favored strength. Whisk until well blended and enjoy, Sip by Sip.
Ingredients: Japanese matcha powder stone-ground from premium tencha leaves. To retain freshness after opening, reseal well and store in the refrigerator.
Caffeine Content: On average, matcha contains less than half the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee.
