I enjoy this matcha as it has minimal bitterness. My favourite drink: take a glass of grass fed whole or 2 % milk, add 1-2 tbsps. of almond Roca syrup, 1 scoop of the match. Blend in the blender for 20 seconds on "smoothie" setting. It is better than a Starbucks drink. Add over ice or as is. Great way to get your antioxidants! Read more
