Great tea, high quality
By far this is my 18-year-old daughter's favorite tea and she is super into tea. If you have someone in your life who enjoys different types of teas, this is a great little gift for them or even just something nice to have around the house for them to enjoy. Lots of variety, they taste great, and I really appreciate how she can determine what her favorites are. Read more
Great alternative to bad-for-you diet soda!
Excellent variety of herbal, green and black teas. This is a good way to test out what you might like the best. Flavors are really good, of course that is subjective. Remember you're drinking tea, not soda pop or kool aid, so don't expect the flavor to be "strong". And for those who want to get more than one use out of a teabag - well, tea dosen't work that way so stop trying. And the reviewers who said you can't open the individual bags without scissors!!! ummm, there is a open notch on the bottom of the bag. Even my old lady fingers can tear it. I really enjoy these teas mid-day to fend off boredom eating. Read more
Quality issues (edited review)
This company makes great tea. The individual bags are missing the notch to tear the bags open. A separate pair of scissors is needed to open the bag so if packing this to take to work or along with, keep that in mind. It isn't up to some of the quality I've had from the tins in this brand. Both are the reason why I took off stars. It's a great mix of flavors for my taste. I looked forward to getting these but won't reorder due to quality issues. I've found other brands where the price and quality are both better than this turned out to be. It was a little dusty tasting. My cup was clean and fresh water that is filtered and do not have this issue with other brands of tea. Very unusual/off-putting. Edit: Not all of the bags are missing the notch. I must have had some strange luck starting out this batch of teas. As I went through the selection things improved. SOME of the bags do not have a notch. Some of them are very organic. Not all. I would keep this in mind, but reconsider my review. Some flavors have an earthy taste. The bags aren't bleached. If the bag is darker, I can anticipate more of this flavor. Read more
