Recondition it came in fast, quick recondition. The game is pretty crappy with gameplay, but it’s not that bad. It came in as best as I could as I used very cheap very worth it. Read more
Just got this game today, and I am so disappointed. If you're a fan of the TV show, you'll be able to play it, and I love how you can alter the course of the TV series' story. For example, you can handcuff T-Dog to the roof instead of Merle... And it just keeps going. I love this concept, however, the graphics on this game are just atrocious. I'm using the PS5 version, and I have seen PS3 games look better! The game engine is like a less refined version of the original Dead Rising game... The voice overs are not the real actors and actresses, some work, some don't. The cut scenes are simply audio over still pictures, there's no active cut scenes, which makes me believe this game was developed in a hurry. The graphics are just so horrible, it only got 3 stars because I love the TV series. Without all that lore backing it up, it would've realistically earned a 1.5. Read more

Where to start? This is a contender for worst game of the year, and likely will take the crown. The graphics are insulting for a game in 2023, much less on PS5. Like astoundingly bad. If this was a PS2 game you would have said it was ok but still thought it should have been a little better. I can’t fathom how this is a modern game. Game play? Also straight from 2003. Stilted, clunky, control drifts, pretty much everything you would have lambasted 20 years ago somehow existing in a current game. This screams college programming project. One that would get a C, at that. Did I mention the graphics? I did. Well, please allow me to address them again. In an early “cut scene” where you choose what to do with the story, you look to a character on the ground and he looks like a drawing from a somewhat talented child. I say “cut scene” in quotes because there really aren’t any. I’m not a big fan of them, anyway, but I have to wonder where the money went into developing this game? In summary: game play is terrible, graphics seem like a literal prank on the consumer, and I can not fathom how this was released. I had preordered it and if I’d read a single review , I would have returned it unopened. Now it’s mine and I’ll be interested to see if I can struggle through it. In a year of outstanding games, this becomes the bad end of a likert scale, like if TLOU remake is a 1, TWD: Destinies is the 5 on that scale. In a word: bewilderingly awful. Ok, that’s two words, but don’t say I didn’t warn you Read more
This game looked promising and I assumed the reviews were being overly harsh, but having played it for all of 15 minutes I can safely say it’s destined for either a trade-in or maybe just the landfill. I don’t even want to find out where the storyline goes or how adaptive or unique it can become because the gameplay itself is so terrible. The controls are awful and the graphics are even worse. This doesn’t even look like it was designed for PS5 with these trash graphics. Even the cut scenes are disappointing; the kind of stuff I’d expect from maybe a PS3 game. I don’t know if the studio was cutting corners to meet a release deadline or if they just ran out of money or what but this is just not PS5-quality work. I bought it on a holiday sale for half off and I still feel like I was robbed. This is the type of product I might expect to find in the $5 bin at Walmart. Lesson learned. Heed the reviews. Read more
