False Advertisement
If I could give this a negative zero stars I would. “Personalized - Custom ENGRAVED” I spent $30 on this coffee mug, which is crazy considering I buy all of mine from TJ Max for $4.99, but I purchased this for my boss as a birthday gift. The “engraved” part of the description is why I went ahead & placed the order. I was shocked (happy) at how quickly I received the order .. Only to open it & see that instead of it being engraved .. It is a sticker 😑 So cheap, it will absolutely start to come off after the first hand wash. I could’ve purchased a cheap mug & made the sticker myself on my Cricut machine. Using a better quality vinyl at that. I was expecting something durable, hand & machine washable, something that would last a lifetime .. As engraved items do .. I tried to return it - It is “non-returnable” & “non-refundable“. When I try to contact the seller, it brings me to an automated Customer service “assistant” bot where you select options. Never getting anywhere. So, do not waste your money. This seller is getting rich by using false advertisement with cheap products. I’m very very disappointed & out $30 .. Which is a lot of money these days. Read more
